表面粗化学，活化，改变附加力结合力

软硬结合板，多层变频器，多层混压板等叠合合前PI，PTFE等基材表面粗化：由于内层板面光滑，收缩困难，表面油污或指纹很容易导致层

压后结合力不足，容易分割，等离子处理可把表面异物，氧化膜，指纹，油污等清除干净，而且可将表面凹蚀变粗糙，使结合力得到显著提高，

一般可增加10倍以上。
